Over the last two years, some of our local establishments have put together poker runs on lake Wisconsin. The turn out has been steadily increasing, with the last one in July, having over three hundred entries! Everybody is welcome. From pontoon boats, to 35 foot scarabs. we saw about 8 to 10 Hydrostreams at the last one, and I’m trying to get more involved. The last run, ended with a bikini contest, food and drinks, as well as live music. I was just informed that there is another one planned for this September 7th. Entry is only $15.00, with a total of nine participating establishments. Cash prizes for the top three hands, with 1st place splitting the pot! Plus door prizes. There is approximately 18 miles of good water to run in, including some river channels. The lake and river are well marked by a local boat club, and navigation is easy. We hope to attract more streams, as well as other performance boats. For more information, call one of the following.
