Dave
and I talked about some day making his boat a "Guest
Boat". We thought we had plenty of time to do this, but
little did I know that my dear friend would unexpectedly be taken
from us. Dave passed away last week and he will be dearly
missed by myself and his many many friends. Not only was
Dave one of the finest people I have ever known, but he was a
first rate boating enthusiast and loved all aspects of boating. He
was always playing with the setup of one of his boats or working
on some new motor project. Dave was very talented, but more
than that, he was a quality individual who was kind, generous,
smart, and a great friend. He left us far too soon and I'm
sure I speak on behalf of all Registry members in sending our
deepest condolences to his family.
