Relations Dept: "Bob Massey of Bellflower, California
flys his Mercury powered Switzer 'wing' across the finish line at
Parker, Arizona, to be the winning outboard against a field of 104
starters. At speeds in excess of ninety miles an hour boats
from nearly all states fought a nine hour duel of endurance on the
Colorado River."
