Evinrude 90 Rebuild Options I am currently in the process of rebuilding my 1997 90 HP Evinrude. It spit a ring and scored the cylinder wall. I am guessing that the cylinder is going to have to be bored 20 to 30 over to erase the scoring. I plan to have all 4 bored and install new pistons. My question is since I have to bore the cylinders anyway, is there anything I can do to boost the horsepower of the engine that is inexpensive and will still maintain a reliable engine. Darryl
Darryl,
