Evinrude VRO Can a VRO
pump be added to a 1998 Evinrude SPL? Is the wiring harness and the
mounting boss there? I'm thinking of buying this motor out of state and
have not seen it, thank you for your response.
David, I
have added the VRO to many and just use the parts off a 90 or 115 with the
injection. I assume it's a V-4, if not
just use the right HP parts book. The engines are the same except for the
oil system and tank. The Wire for the warning has to be added but it is
just power, ground and the warning wire which taps into the overheat
circuit.
