Tach for Johnson I have a
98' Johnson 115 spl. My tach. would work then cut out then work then cut
out. Now it doesn’t show any signs of life. Where do I start to look to
trouble shoot or is this a problem that may be perm.??? Thanks

like a bad tach or just a bad wire or connection. Check all the wires one
at a time with an ohm meter. If you find an open circuit I'd say that was
your problem. If that doesn't fix it then try a different tach.
