Regal Engine Overheating We
have a new Regal, just little over a year old and warranty has expired
after a year. The boat has ran fine until just now when we were out
on 4th July. The boat ran fine then we were at approx 30-35 MPH and
the engine overheated and sound went off. Turned the boat off it
started up and it was back down to 150-170. It stayed there until we
hit a speed of 30mph for less than a minute. It overheated again.
Went to the boat store where we bought the boat and we thought it was the
thermostat and the guy said no it’s the impeller and we bought a new one
and it did it again. We put in neutral and run it and the temp goes
down. What could this be, could you help us? Thanks Cheryl,
