Voyager as a Ski Boat? I was wondering if you thought the Voyager would
double as an OK water-ski boat? I am in the process of selling my
Malibu Response tournament ski boat, which is very one-dimensional.
I thought the Voyager would make a good all-around boat. I would
power it with a large 4 stroke like a Honda 225 or Yamaha 250. Your
thoughts? Smith, The
Voyager is an excellent water ski boat. Just keep those
"big-heavy" motors on the transom and put a nice 4 blade bass
boat prop on them. Those motors put on a jack plate, set off the transom
and would kill the boat "ski ability".
